At Beanwave Coffee LLC ("Beanwave," "we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality coffee products and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

1.1. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

2.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thebeanwavecoffee.com. 2.2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photos if applicable. 2.3. We will review your claim and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.


3. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

3.1. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after evaluating the claim. 3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. 3.3. If a replacement is issued, we will cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

4.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. 4.2. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Subscription Orders

5.1. Subscription coffee orders are non-refundable once they have been processed and shipped. 5.2. You can modify or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle through your account.


6. Changes to This Policy

6.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
